Diary Entry #5: Garage Clearance in Wallington

Cullen’s Team Diary Entry #5:

Our team were called to clear a garage in Wallington, Surrey, the lady had been let down, not by one or two different clearance compaines but 3. The customer was in need of a trust worthy company to clear her garage so she had somewhere she could park her new car. Our professional clearance team turned up in our clean truck wearing their Cullen’s Clearances uniforms, as to be easily identified by the customer. What makes us happy is when the customer is happy – and she was delighted, especially that the team arrived when we said we would arrive.

The team identified that the customer could save against the original quote for the work as there were items of scrap metal that could be recycled. This meant that by recycling we actually helped our local environment and also reduced the quoted price by £45.00. She was extremely happy with this arrangement and while she popped to the kitchen to make the team a quick cup of tea they made sure the area was clean and clear by sweeping up after themselves. We believe in going the extra mile for our customers.
